The Issues and Options document is split into sections. You can comment on as many sections as you’d like and on the supporting documents.

From this page you can choose what you want to comment on. Each section includes the questions from the Issues and Options Consultation Document.

Once you have added your comments, you will return to this contents page. You can choose to either complete another section or submit your comments using the ‘finish’ button. We will then ask questions to help us understand the range of respondents to the consultation. These final questions are optional.
