Planning - Statement of Community Involvement Addendum
Overview
Eastleigh Borough Council is required to publish a Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) under Section 18 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. This addendum highlights measures in the SCI that are not currently achievable due to coronavirus restrictions.
Why your views matter
The Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) sets out how the Council will consult communities on planning matters. It is a key document in the planning process and the Council is committed to consult on any changes.
The addendum identifies the specific measures that cannot be achieved currently. These measures involve attending face to face meetings, workshops or exhibitions and making paper copies of documents available.
The addendum should be read alongside the latest adopted SCI (November 2015).
