Overview

This is a consultation on the draft Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document (SPD). The consultation runs from 2 March 2026 to 16 April 2026. 

Why your views matter

The draft Planning Obligations SPD sets out Eastleigh Borough Council’s approach to planning obligations and developer contributions. It provides technical guidance on Local Plan policies relating to infrastructure and mitigation and will be used as a material consideration in the determination of planning applications.
