Parking Standards SPD

Overview

We are inviting you to comment on a new Parking Standards Supplementary Planning Document (SPD).

The draft Parking Standards SPD will replace the previous Residential Parking SPD and provides guidance on cycle and car parking standards for all new residential and non-residential development. This will ensure a transparent and consistent approach to assessing planning applications. It also includes guidance on the design and layout for cycle and car parking.
