Key approach 8 - Greenfield sites – Strategic Development Options

This relates to paragraphs 18.1-18.52 in the Issues and Options Consultation Document

The Issues and Options Consultation Document provides different options for greenfield development. It provides information on sites that have been put forward by developers and landowners. These have been grouped together into four larger scale Strategic Development Options and sub areas and 52 Small and Medium Sites options. Strategic Development Options are larger areas with the potential to create new communities providing new homes, and potentially jobs, infrastructure and facilities such as schools, open space and transport links.
