Recycling pilot

Overview

This survey is for people who are taking part in the recycling pilot. The pilot is taking place from 9 November 2020 to 29 January 2021. If you're property is in one of the pilot areas you will have recieved a letter in the post. 

The pilot is designed to make recycling easier and better for our residents, as well as more efficent, reliable and environmentally friendly. Residents taking part in the pilot scheme will notice a few key changes:

• Glass and battery boxes will be collected fortnightly, on the same day as your green recycling bin 
• Food waste recycling will be available to people living in flats for the first time

Why your views matter

We want to find out if the changes we have implemented in the pilot areas are working for our residents. We believe these changes will be well received but we want to hear from you.

Depending on your feedback, we will consider making these changes permanent and also roll them out across the Borough.
